The room was spacious, with a lighted mirror in the bathroom and extra comfortable beds. the lobby areas on each floor were inviting, and the dining experience was top-notch. the staff went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay truly memorable. Bravo to the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg! ♥️the location of the hotel was convenient, and the lobby and bar areas lived up to the standards of a Hyatt property. the breakfast options, including the café and buffet, were satisfying overall. While the café was reasonably priced, my egg & potato bowl could have been better heated. the attention to detail, from the premium bedding to the laptop-compatible safes, showcased the thought put into guest experience.
